SPAIN

It's true, I'm going to Spain...
Let me explain...

This tour had been on my radar for most of the year, but the details remained hazy until the very last minute. I'm sad I won't be seeing friends in the UK, Germany, and France, but I am very excited to perform and visit Spain for the first time.

San Diego's mod revivalists Manual Scan asked if I would manage them during their appearance at the Purple Weekend, a mod festival in Léon, Spain. I said yes, and it took quite a while to get the details sorted out. From December 4-6, I'll be supporting them at the Purple Weekend, and then we will head on to Madrid. Bart, Dave, and myself will be playing as 3/5 of Casino Royale, but this is mostly a trip focused on original music.

I will be appearing on radio & television in Madrid during this time ; as soon as I have information, I will post it here.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the past year. It's been one of the best years of my life. It's also been one of the most stressful years of my life. I have needed every shred of encouragement I've received, every kind word, every bit of financial support. I'm so grateful to you for being here for me. I can't wait to share details of this latest adventure with you.

The holidays are coming. If you'd like to give a gift that would warm my heart, consider donating to Clowns Without Borders. Clowns Without Borders is a non-profit organization (started by a clown from Barcelona) which 'offers laughter to relieve the suffering of all persons, especially children, who live in areas of crisis including refugee camps, conflict zones, and other situations of adversity.' They have entertained in many areas, and are currently entertaining children who have fled the civil war in Syria.

As a performer, I believe that part of my sacred duty is to help people forget troubles, pain, and suffering. When I take the stage, it's my honor to take you to a different place. Hearing about organizations of performers donating their time to make children smile... I think that's what it's all about.

Sending out my love to you, and to everyone out there in the world who's doing the right thing,
Normandie
